Standard Modifications
TCS offers standard modifications at all our container sales locations. We offer modifications with our own mechanics eliminating the need to outsource work that can add incremental costs to your container. Performing our own work ensures a secure chain of custody and provides a quick turn around for time sensitive projects.

TCS standard modifications include the following.

Exterior Painting – Only non-rust urethane enamel paint is used on our containers to provide a long-lasting protective coating.
Lock Boxes – Lock boxes can be added to containers for increased security to prevent theft and vandalism.
Personnel Doors – Personnel doors are essential for mobile offices. Multiple personnel doors can be added to partitioned containers to provide multiple access points.
Roll-up Doors – Roll-up doors provide easy and secure access to storage containers. They are simple to operate and are ideal for access to smaller units.
Vents – Choose from a Turbine or Louver vent to provide additional ventilation for a mobile office or shop.
Windows – Windows can be installed to any container to provide a more comfortable environment and added ventilation.

Custom Modifications
In addition to standard modifications, TCS works with companies to customize containers based on customer specifications. We help you design a modification plan that suits your needs and maintains the structural integrity of the container.Some examples of custom modifications include the following.

Electrical Packages – Choose from a variety of electrical services for your storage units or office spaces.
Heating/Air Conditioning – A heating/air conditioning unit can be added to modified containers to help maintain a comfortable ambient temperature.
Mobile Offices – These are ideal for temporary mobile offices at project sites, such as construction or emergency relief sites.
Portable Storage – Shipping containers can easily be modified into portable storage units for mini storage or for large equipment storage.
